Seeking African individuals knowledgeable of ---- 1. nations in Africa that have laws favorable to space companies; in other words, space flag of convenience nations that are to space what Liberia is to the maritime industry and the ocean shipping industry in that such a nation provides space companies with a place to register with low taxes and no laws like ITAR. Politically stable countries free of war, terrorism, and other violence are especially sought by space companies. 2. African investors in space startups, African angels interested in the space companies, and African private equity firms interested in the NewSpace industry. 3. Internet savvy individuals who can use it for networking African space entrepreneurs interested in getting Africans into orbit. Social networks are not as useful as business networks.
