For those of you who have hi5 IM live in your country now (and yes, I know that's still not most of us...complete rollout is still in the works...):
But if you DO already have hi5 IM: We rolled out some enhancements to IM last night and need your help to test the performance.
You might notice that IM will disappear when you view certain pages. IM might also not appear if you login from a school or office computer network.
Please let us know if you experience any changes (good or bad) with your hi5 IM. Is your IM working quicker or slower than before?
Thanks!

Hi Roman, Argh, sorry to hear it! Are you trying to use IM from school or someplace else that has a network firewall? hi5 IM is not working behind school or office firewalls right now...we don't have a workaround for this now, unfortunately. But if you have a computer that is NOT behind a firewall you should still have access to IM.

Goce - do you see the IM when you are accessing hi5 from outside your home? As Siko mentioned you might not be able to see IM from behind a firewall.

Wanted to post an update. The IM team has been really busy this week releasing the feature to new countries.
Now, Spain, India, Romania and Peru members should be able to see the IM feature and chat with their friends in real-time :).
Please let us know if you see any issues.
