Thanks Juan and Kathy. I know between being out for a few days on vacation and then a long weekend, that I am way behind on the group transfers. I will do my best to spend a few hours in there trying to catch up, either this afternoon or tomorrow morning. Sorry we can't apply more resourced, but a whole day of my or Melissa's time just isn't possible given what we are all trying to juggle. Thanks for your patience, and please know the past few weeks has been worse than usual in terms of amount of time around there. Thanks.

I did send a message last week reminding them that people were still waiting & some have been skipped over. This past weekend was a major U.S. holiday (our Independence day) & I know no one in hi5 has been working so hopefully the group management topic will be caught up on soon.
