Our Beginning: The Youth Leadership Conference hosted by the University of the Southern Caribbean commenced on July 4, 2006 at the Centre of Excellence, Macoya, Trinidad. The 10 day ýlive iný conference provided young persons between the ages of 16 to 26, with the skills needed to help them function as effective leaders in society.
