within the nerves,the senses,and the heart that beats living within ones very self is the doorway to the universe and the natural beating vibrations of wonder

On the night last, as I lay snuggled beneath the warmth of my blankets, window open just enough to feel the fresh air upon my face...I listened to the howl of the wind and watched as the majestic trees were forced to bow, dance and sway with the power of the gusts that were present. The swirls and turns of wind forces colliding with the passion and promise of what those winds carry, brought about the wonder of those whirls. The sounds of nature's forces coming against one another always makes foreboding sounds...but the wind...the wind has forces that are mighty from the others. The wind carries, pushes and stirs all along the path to ensure the journeys end. The wind brings about change and warnings of what is to be. The wind has the force to cut to the bone, and yet may be subtle as an evening breeze upon your cheek, you know...the kind that feels luscious, inviting...tender in its touch. The kind of breeze that makes you close your eyes to feel better the hand that is caressing and discern the memory of that touch. However on the night last, the power of wind made its presence known with a force that only the wind may bring. On the night last was a promise of the newly falling snow of the morn and makes one feel the comfort of a structure, the security of the warmth and an appreciation for the power of so much more than ourselves.
