Syria amends honour killing law. This amendment is of no value. Why not scrape the law entirely.

This is unbelievable...21st century and so many idiots living out there...To kill a woman for having sex with somebody else...!
Everybody can have sex with anybody whenever they want to and the other side feels the same, when it is mutual...People meet, fall in love or are in passion, then stay together or leave...How could I kill a partner for having sex with somebody else? Yes, I might feel furious, angry, hurt and disappointed terribly, but to kill him??? The worst I can imagine is to break some plates against the wall, maybe to slap his and his lover´s face and leave him forever! I could never kill anybody for that...!
The men in those countries are sex-driven pedophile machines, they marry 11,12 - year old children who don´t even know who they are yet, their female identity has not even matured and they consider them as material possessions, beat them, abuse them, burn them if they like,and - kill them...
I am sorry to express my personal wish here that I would wish some plague to come to these men so that they would pass away without pain but very quickly so that the women there and first of all children could start to breathe freely...
I will repeat myself but I see religion as a huge problem there and also marriages.It debilitates the people from their childhood with its laws and "revealed truths." People are free beings, they do not need any marriages, everybody should freely choose how and with whom to live, or even to live on their own, alone, if they like...
