Nowadays the problem is more on the side of the parties and of the organization of electoral campaigns. Since constitutions and laws grant equality to men and women.

Anyway the structures of the parties are still in the hands of a majority of men who probably think that they still have got the right to be the majority in the elected institution.

Political time is rally longer that real time and politicians are on late, I say of an entire generation, with reference to society.

Emancipation is a process which has to be encouraged.

In several countries women cannot work. And in a good number of countries they are not allowed to do all jobs that men can do [even if women have got all the capabilities to do those jobs].

Moreover, generally women earn less than men [in any countries I would say, this is really a general matter].
