Nihao! (pronounced "knee-how")....that's hello in Mandarin. For those of you who don't know, I'm in Asia right now teaching ESL to university students!! It seemed UNTHINKABLE to go and do more school after graduation so teaching overseas seemed like the perfect balance between making $$$, travelling and gaining experience.
