Well I'm a married cree woman, very happily married to hubby Chris for 6 yrs, have 4 kids Sharene 15, Cassidy 8, Christel 4 and Jonas 2. Not employed right now but that's kinda ok, lol. Well I applied for sponsorship so I could take a part time course at University College of the North. The course I want to take is Medical Terminology so I could work in a medical field like at the TGH or at the Burntwood Community Health Resource Centre (clinic) or even at the BRHA administrative building. Hopefully I'll get sponsored by TEA. I am willing to do evening and over night shifts because I am very interested in working for the medical field. Wish me Luck people. Well I've started my medical terminology course already, so happy about it. It's already interesting, hope I do good. I finished my course and I could have done better because my daughter was hospitalized twice for her constipation. But I still managed to attend classes and I wasn't that lost because I did try to read here and there on the chapters I missed. At least I didn't give up on this course. So now all I have to do now is apply for jobs and keep bugging after I apply for the positions I applied for. Been living out in Thompson for 3 1/2 years now, it's ok I guess. But I don't know if I'll ever consider moving back to TCN because I feel happy living here in Thompson. I shouldn't say that just maybe after we'll move back in a few years. I've only lived in TCN for 6 years of my life from 98-04 before that PitSiding, Thompson and other towns (for school ex: Dauphin, Brandon, and Wpg). Mostly lived in Thompson which is where I prefer to live because it's closer to travel to go visit Split Lake. I don't mind going there for visits, it's nice to see family and friends again. I have 5 broders and 3 sistas, I am the youngest but all my siblings act like babies to my parents because my parents have a soft heart especially my mom. I am the only girl who is married and that makes me feel happy but I wish my other sisters were married. All my bros are married except 1 which is Raymond. Anyone interested in my bro? lol. He's been a single man too long, it's never too late for him though. But he's got 1 son out there, his name is Clinton Ray.

Well I've just been staying home looking after my kids while my hubby has been out working. Sometimes I think it gets hard because I'm doing everything, hardly have time for myself. I was planning on looking for a job after the summer holidays when Chris was done work at Gillam for HBR but now it looks like he's going to Split Lake to work for the CETP (housing) and to get his level 1 carpenter apprenceticeship (something like that). I'll be back.
