A derwish was walking alongside the river. Enjoying the good weather and listening to the birds singing. While looking around and enjoying his view he heard someone calling: 'Ooyahoo!'
He listened carefully and noticed that the call was a mantra of another derwish. But there is something, he thought. The mantra is pronounced wrongly by the other derwish. It should be 'Yahoo!' And he, as a faithfull derwish, had the duty to help the other derwish to better.
So he listened to where the mantra-calling came from and found out that it was from the island in the river. He rented a boat and rowed to the island. On the island he followed his ears and found the other derwish sitting while calling his mantra.
'Excuse me my brother,' he said, 'I just hear you call the mantra and noticed that your pronunciation is wrong. It should be 'Yahoo!' and not 'Ooyahoo!'' 'Thank you my brother,' the other derwish said, 'I will keep this in mind.'
Relieved as the derwish was, he went back to his rented boat. He did a good job for the day. Don't they say that if you pronounce the mantra in the way it should be, that you even could walk over water?
While he was not at the other side yet, he heard again: 'Ooyahoo!' And started to meditate on people's stubbornness... And wanted to change direction again.
He didn't turn around yet and saw... He saw someone comming from the island walking over the water into his direction. As soon as he came closer the derwish saw that it was the other derwish.
He said: 'Sorry my brother, can you give me the right pronunciation again? I just can't remember it.'
Just in case I forget, I wish to give you my regards in reference to your up and coming birthday. Don't party to hard, for you kno we have work to do, lol.
