The two words are basically the same. Its suitably for those people at my workplace, ultimately my superiors who seems to be gormless and trying to potray that their words and actions are wisdom. 

It must be hard to realise that. All that you ever do is to impress people just to get up the ladder and implicate people in the process, I seriously hope that you enjoy what you are doing. Just to get something straight, karma will catch up with you in the end, as you imagine.. Yourself, sitting on the hospital bed, aged and sickly,enduring every single stinging pain, complaints falling on plastic care. The days go by, your time is almost up, you crave for someone to talk to, a company, just anyone will do and realise with no one around you, you listen to shuffling of nurses and doctors going on their rounds, it occured to you that ages ago, you did all those things and you deserved everything. For fame and glory, you lose family and friends. That is what you yearn for.  

 You thought it might never come to that.  Sweet.
