I am an artist. As an artist, most of my works reflect me. My emotions, aspirations, beliefs, fantasies, experiences past and present are all reflected. Though I regard myself as an artist, I would be content if I were only considered as a poet. Visual arts (drawings, paintings, abstracts, 3D's, etc...) provide only a summary of my thoughts in a single, frozen frame. These methods may reflect a fraction of my ideals, hobbies, or even my fantasies.
The problem with these expressions is that they are limited to stillness. A single painting will rarely, if ever, take you on a detailed journey through my experiences. They don't effectively take the observer into my mind and allow them to feel, taste, see and smell the experience reflected on the canvas. It's like only seeing the end of a movie. If you miss the entire plot you can't fully appreciate the ending, whether it be good or bad.
Poetry, on the other hand, can take you into my experiences. It's more like seeing the movie from the trailers to the credits. You can see me falling in-love, then feel my heartbreak, and watch my tears tell a love story. I can share the reasons for my joy, as well as my sadness. I can paint a picture by telling a story with words clear enough for transparency or cryptic for artistic mystery.
Poetry, to me, is syntax dancing to the rhythm of my heart on a page, words harmonizing in beautiful motion with the ability to cheer, hurt or inspire. That's poetry to me, reliving passions through all the right words.

Hey all, if anyone is wondering who this gentleman is committed to...let me fill you in. This is MY wonderful "prince charming." I really mean it. He's a little troublesome at times (lol)....but he's one of a kind. If it's really true that a good man is hard to find, then I'm sorry for other women. I think I just dug up the last one(lol). Love you boo boo.
Hey Lenworth, Thanks for the add. It's great knowing you are helping to make this world a smaller place. Just showing your page some respect. Stay blessed.
BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB Wilson is an extremely intellectual person and an exceptional poet. People cant help but to be drawn to him by his friendliness and charm..and that bright smile that can warm any heart..Why am I being THIS mushy?!?!?...Old skinny head boy with KFC french fry legs..lol.. I've known Wilson for a few years but we really started to get close last January. It all began when he continuously stalked me in school and took all of the classes I was taking..lol..just joking (partially..lol). There are certain things I thank God for everyday..and one of those things is having Wilson as a best friend. I have never had a friend listen to my blabbering like him. Being myself is so easy when I'm around Wilson. Wilson has seen me thru some serious tears and rough situations and has rejoiced with me in happy times. I could count on him for honest advice and a bunch of laughs..(I usually fake the laughs to his crappy jokes tho..lol). There's never ever a dull moment with Wilson. Thanks for being my friend Wilson..Thanks for reminding me that I dont have to be perfect..Just the best version of me..You dont know the many ways you have inspired and motivated me. You're an excellent BB (Best Buddy)..Wouldn't trade you for another.
what can i say about this brilliant poet,i don't think that words can describe the magnificant potential of this dude but in the poetic flowtry of lenworth "BUT THIS ARE JUST WORDS", so i shall use the silence of time and anyone who have spent one moment with him will understand what i mean. because at the end of the day "THESE ARE BUT WORDS". and a man character is best define by is actions.
