Our President under the pressure of the World Banks has implemented executive order 13528 which allows martial law to be used during peace times or war. A Russian Naval vessel pulled up in Syria when? China has also warned of any interference in Palestine becoming a UN recognized state. Please, whatever you do, have a plan of action. Use my site to get what ever you may need simply to be prepared. I don't do "knee jerk" reactions but I always prepare.
